Digital asset investigations and legal recovery

A cross-border group tracing digital and foreign exchange assets from Singapore, Zurich and Hong Kong. We build court-ready evidence and pursue recovery through regulated legal channels — never by taking custody of your funds, and never with a guarantee.

Our divisions

Five specialist divisions, one case file

We are not a firm that promises to return stolen coins. We investigate, trace, document and — where the evidence supports it — pursue recovery through regulated legal channels.

Digital Asset Recovery

Blockchain tracing, exchange identification, wallet attribution and recovery strategy — executed through custodians, platforms and courts rather than through our own wallets.

Financial Crime & Fraud Investigations

Crypto and investment fraud, romance scams, business email compromise and FX fraud. Evidence preservation, chronology and forensic reporting.

Legal Recovery

Litigation, injunctions, freezing and disclosure orders, arbitration and negotiated settlement — conducted by qualified lawyers authorised in the relevant jurisdiction.

Asset Tracing & Intelligence

On-chain analytics, OSINT, corporate intelligence and cross-border asset tracing to establish where value has come to rest and who controls it.

FX & Financial Disputes

Broker disputes, unauthorised transactions, misrepresentation, contractual claims and regulatory complaints against licensed and unlicensed intermediaries.

No guaranteed recovery

Every matter receives a documented viability assessment — high, medium or low probability, or insufficient evidence — with the reasons stated in writing.

Group structure

Investigations and legal services, deliberately separated

Our investigators do not give legal advice, and legal advice is provided only by entities authorised in the jurisdiction concerned. The two sides of the group work under formal co-operation agreements.

Singapore

  • Digital-asset investigations and blockchain intelligence

  • Compliance, AML/KYC and commercial management

  • Engagement of external counsel where required

Switzerland

Hong Kong

Greater China desk

The regulatory boundary we hold

We investigate and litigate; we do not take custody of client funds or digital assets. Recovered value moves from the court, regulator or exchange directly to an account or wallet held in the client’s own name at a regulated institution — never through a company wallet of ours.

Our team

Senior specialists across four jurisdictions

Each case is led by a named partner accountable for its strategy and outcome.

All partners are bound by the group’s regulatory boundary: investigators do not give legal advice, and legal services are provided only by practitioners authorised in the relevant jurisdiction.

How it works

A clear path from first call to claim

  1. 01

    Free consultation

Tell us what happened. We review the transactions, platforms, and correspondence at no cost.

  2. 02

    Honest assessment

Within 48 hours you receive a written view on whether recovery is realistic, and what it would involve.

  3. 03

    Trace and evidence

Our forensic team maps the movement of funds and identifies the entities holding or controlling them.

  4. 04

    Legal action

We pursue freezing orders, regulatory complaints, and claims in the jurisdictions where the assets sit.

We take on matters only where we believe a substantial recovery is achievable. If your case is not viable, we will say so at the assessment stage. We are not a substitute for law enforcement — victims should also report to the authorities in their own jurisdiction.

Engagement terms

Staged fees, approved before each step

We do not work on a pure contingency basis and we do not quote a percentage of your loss. Each stage has its own scope, cost and client approval, so you can stop at any point.

Stage 1 · Fixed fee

Initial assessment

Intake, KYC, fraud chronology and a written viability assessment with a stated probability of recovery.

Stage 2 · Fixed fee or hourly

Forensic investigation

Blockchain tracing, exchange identification, OSINT and an evidence file prepared to court standard.

Stage 3 · Fixed fee or hourly

Legal strategy

Jurisdiction analysis, counsel selection and the procedural route — injunctions, disclosure, arbitration or complaint.

Stage 4 · Retainer + staged fees

Litigation & enforcement

Proceedings run by authorised lawyers, with a success component only where legally and professionally permitted.

Minimum case size is assessed individually: below a certain loss value, cross-border action rarely leaves a worthwhile net recovery, and we will say so at Stage 1 rather than invoice you for work that cannot help.

Important notice

How to verify you are dealing with us

We never ask for wallet access

We will never request your seed phrase, private keys, exchange password, or remote access to your computer.

Beware recovery scams

Fraudsters frequently target victims a second time with fake recovery offers and upfront 'release' payments.

All enquiries reach us through the case form on this website or by email. If anything about a communication seems inconsistent with this page, stop and contact us directly.

Where we are

Three financial centres, one team

Assets rarely stay in one country. Our offices sit in the jurisdictions where recovery actions are most often decided.
